New : The safariyak
The safariyak is ideal for everyone, easy to use, it is a single-seater canoe that will appeal to river connoisseurs and beginners alike. Equipped with a double paddle you can easily guide your safariyak following the river’s flow. You will also be able to surf in the waves, an ideal machine to learn to kayak, much more stable and without risk of being upside down. Course adapted according to your abilities.
On the river: several possibilities of courses in Gruyère :
- from Albeuve to Villars- sous -mont
- from Enney to theLake of a Gruyère
On the river at Château d’Oex or Gstaad
- from Gstaad to Rougemont
- from the Ramaclé waterfall to our base
- for the more experienced the great descent from Saanen to Château d’Oex
Duration: on the river from 1h30 to 2h00 depending on the water level, duration of the whole activity 3h00 to 3h30, time to equip yourself, the trip to the start, the safety theory, the descent and at the end a small aperitif offered with tasting of local cheese, Etivaz and Tomme de Rougemont .
Price per person: CHF 120.00 per person minimum age 14 years old

On the lake with the safariyak :
from Rossinière or on the Hongrin lake, depending on the weather conditions.
For all public, we take people from 6 years old, it’s a walk on the lake, peaceful calm, ideal to relax, we go up to the mouth of the river, the Sarine while sailing, you can admire a superb stone bridge nestling through a gorge.
Duration of the safariyak activity: on the water 1 hour to 1h30, the whole activity 2h30 to 3h00, time to change in the changing rooms at our rafting base, the trip to the lake, explanation on safety and navigation technique, the walk, return and a small snack is offered at the end.
Price per person. CHF 80, for children up to 12 years CHF 60, minimum age 8 years
