Rivers and Adventures – An authentic passion since 1987

Founded in 1987 by three nature and sports enthusiasts – Rémy Goumaz, Philippe Sublet, and Marcel Jordan – the company Rivières et Aventures was born from the desire to offer a different way to discover the Pays-d’Enhaut through outdoor sporting experiences.

A pioneer in French-speaking Switzerland, it was the first rafting company on the Sarine River and quickly established itself as a national reference for canyoning (canyoning hikes) and hydrospeed.

True to its innovative spirit, Rivières et Aventures continues to innovate by being the first in Switzerland to offer the Snooc, and among the first to introduce the Yooner—accessible and fun winter activities.

A unique living space: our base in Château-d’Oex

Our base, located in an 18th-century former sawmill, is a warm, rustic, and friendly place designed to combine comfort, enjoyment, and team spirit.

Here you will find:
- Changing rooms and sheltered areas to get equipped
- A relaxation zone with a trampoline, beach volleyball court, archery, pétanque, and darts
- A space to gather, rest, or organize social moments

It is also an ideal place for your events, group meetings, corporate outings, or simply to share a moment with friends.

Grilling & Base

We offer a grill menu at CHF 27.– per person, including:
- 3 types of salads
- Warm potatoes200g of meat per person (choice of chicken, pork, beef, or merguez sausage)
- Fruit dessert & coffee
